Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Uganda to open an Nova Hub UK account. Your Ugandan mobile number is your account identity and may only be used for one account.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

2. Purchases and payments

A purchase is created in a pending state and only becomes active once the platform verifies the payment. Pending purchases do not earn rewards.

Prices, reward amounts, reward frequency and reward duration are shown before you pay and are fixed at the time the purchase is verified.

3. Rewards

Rewards are platform-defined promotional amounts attached to eligible purchases. They are not interest, dividends or investment returns.

The reward engine credits at most one reward per cycle per active purchase and stops when the reward duration is complete.

4. Welcome bonus

The welcome bonus is credited in a locked state. It becomes spendable and withdrawable only after your verified purchases reach the published unlock requirement.

The platform may withdraw the bonus where duplicate accounts, fraud or abuse is detected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to the mobile money number you supply, subject to the published minimum and platform fee.

Requests enter a review queue. The platform may decline or delay a request pending verification.

6. Account actions

Nova Hub UK may suspend an account or restrict withdrawals where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms. Every such action is recorded in an internal audit log.
